In accordance with DTR 3.1.4 R(1)(a) I give details of changes in the interests of Mr J Ford, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, in the Ordinary Shares of GlaxoSmithKline (GSK). GSK was advised on 22 August 2014, that following the vesting on 1 August 2014 of 25% of an award made on 1 August 2008, under the GlaxoSmithKline Deferred Investment Award Plan, Mr J Ford will receive a cash payment of 1419.00p per share in respect of 3717.464194 notional Ordinary Shares on 29 August 2014.
