Change of Name to GSTechnologies Ltd

GST (LSE: GST), the integrated information and communication technology infrastructure solutions provider, is pleased to announce that the Directors of GST have resolved to change the name of the Company to GSTechnologies Ltd.  The new name better reflects the nature of the Company's main operating business, particularly in line with new opportunities in the ICT infrastructure market.

The process to change the Company name has been completed and the relevant statutory authorities have recorded the change effective from 7 August 2019.
