GSTechnologies Limited (LSE: GST), the integrated information and communication technology infrastructure solutions provider, announces that it has today posted to shareholders a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM").  A copy of the Notice of AGM will shortly be available on the Company's website at https://gstechnologies.co.uk .

The AGM will be held at the offices of the Company's subsidiary EMS Wiring Systems Pte Ltd, at 240 Macpherson Road, #02-04 Pines Industrial Building, Singapore, 348574 at 4.00 p.m. (SGT) on 20 November 2020.
