Notice of Annual General Meeting

Guild Esports (LSE: GILD), a global team organisation and lifestyle brand, announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') at 10:00am on Tuesday 30th March 2021 at Craven House, 16 Northumberland Avenue, London, WC2N 5AP, United Kingdom.

In accordance with the UK Government's guidelines on social distancing and prohibition on public gatherings, the AGM will be closed to the public and shareholders should not attempt to attend the AGM in person as admission will not be permitted.

The Company will take questions and comments from shareholders submitted in advance of the AGM via email on [e-mail] . Responses will be posted on the Company's website, www.guildesports.com .  

Further details of the arrangements for this year's AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM, which together with the Form of Proxy, has been posted to shareholders today. The Notice of AGM will shortly also be available on the Company's website.
