Cancellation of share premium

Epicure Qatar Equity Opportunities Plc, announces that on 4th December 2008 it received approval from the High Court of Justice of the Isle of Man for the Company to cancel the amount of the share premium account and credit it as a distributable reserve.  

The Company had stated its intention to seek such approval at the AGM held on 31st October 2008.  Having received court approval, the amount previously standing to the credit of the share premium account will be available for distribution in any manner in which the Company's profits are capable of being applied.
