TREASURY SHARES - CANCELLATION

Qatar Investment Fund plc (the "Company") announces that the 15,000 shares purchased on 02 January 2014, the 15,000 shares purchased on 03 January 2014, the 10,000 shares purchased on 06 January 2014, 35,000 shares purchased on 10 January 2014, the 10,000 shares purchased on 04 February 2014, the 20,000 shares purchased on 06 February 2014, , the 10,000 shares purchased on 11 February 2014, the 35,000 shares purchased on 12 February 2014, the 34,649 shares purchased on 13 February 2014, the 20,000 shares purchased on 27 February 2014, and the 10,000 shares purchased on 28 February 2014, have been cancelled in accordance with the Company's treasury share policy published on 15 August 2010. Following the cancellation, the Company now holds 994,320 shares in treasury.

The Company's issued share capital comprises 139,215,912 ordinary shares with voting rights with a further 994,320 shares held in treasury.

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company's total number of shares with voting rights therefore remains unchanged at 139,215,912.
