TREASURY SHARES - CANCELLATION

Qatar Investment Fund plc (the "Company") announces that the 30,000 shares purchased on 09 October 2013, the 25,000 shares purchased on 10 October 2013, the 20,000 shares purchased on 11 October 2013, the 10,000 shares purchased on 16 October 2013, the 10,000 shares purchased on 17 October 2013, the 45,000 shares purchased on 18 October 2013, the 15,000 shares purchased on 21 October 2013, the 15,000 shares purchased on 22 October 2013, the 10,000 shares purchased on 23 October 2013, the 10,000 shares purchased on 24 October 2013,  the 10,000 shares purchased on 28 October 2013, the 10,000 shares purchased on 30 October 2013  and the 15,000 shares purchased on 31 October 2013,  have been cancelled in accordance with the Company's treasury share policy published on 15 August 2010. Following the cancellation, the Company now holds 1,659,958 shares in treasury.

The Company's issued share capital comprises 154,776,013 ordinary shares with voting rights with a further 1,659,958 shares held in treasury.

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company's total number of shares with voting rights therefore remains unchanged at 154,776,013.
