TREASURY SHARES - CANCELLATION

Qatar Investment Fund plc (the "Company") announces that the 33,352 shares purchased on 04 March 2015, the 30,000 shares purchased on  05 March 2016, the 15,000 shares purchased on 06 March 2015, the 10,000 shares purchased on 12 March 2015, the 38,320 shares purchased on 13 March 2015, the 30,000 shares purchased on 17 March 2015, the 20,000 shares purchased on 18 March 2015, the 20,000 shares purchased on 20 March 2015, the 20,000 shares purchased on 25 March 2015 and the 15,000 shares purchased on 26 March 2015 have been cancelled in accordance with the Company's treasury share policy published on 15 August 2010. Following the cancellation, the Company now holds 1,903,673 shares in treasury.

The Company's issued share capital comprises 117,747,402 ordinary shares with voting rights with a further 1,903,673 shares held in treasury.

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company's total number of shares with voting rights therefore remains unchanged at 117,747,402
