TREASURY SHARES - CANCELLATION

Qatar Investment Fund plc (the "Company") announces that the 10,000 shares purchased on 11 November 2015, the 20,000 shares purchased on 12 November 2015, the 10,000 shares purchased on 13 November 2015, the 10,000 shares purchased on 16 November 2015, the 10,000 shares purchased on 17 November 2015, the 10,000 shares purchased on 18 November 2015, the 30,000 shares purchased on 19 November 2015, the 10,000 shares purchased on 20 November 2015, the 10,000 shares purchased on 23 November 2015, and the 10,000 shares purchased on 24 November 2015 have been cancelled in accordance with the Company's treasury share policy published on 15 August 2010. Following the cancellation, the Company now holds 1,529,438 shares in treasury.

The Company's issued share capital comprises 117,018,439 ordinary shares with voting rights with a further 1,529,438 shares held in treasury.

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company's total number of shares with voting rights therefore remains unchanged at 117,018,439.
