Cancellation of Warrant Listing

Further to the Company's announcement of 17 October 2012, and the expiry of the final Subscription Date of the warrants at 5.00 pm on 16 November 2012, an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the warrants to be cancelled from the Official List and from trading on the London Stock Exchange with effect from 8.00 a.m. on 19 November 2012.
