Further to the Company's announcement yesterday of the sudden death of David von Simson, non-executive Chairman of the Company, the board has appointed Nick Wilson, the senior independent director, as non-executive Chairman with immediate effect. Mr Wilson has been a director of the Company since its inception in July 2007.

Nick Wilson commented:

"David chaired the Board of the Company with great skill for over five years. His leadership, intellect and charm will be greatly missed. Once again the directors would like to extend their sincere condolences to David's family and colleagues at their sad loss."
