13. Additional information:	Qatar Investment Fund Plc (the "Company") announces that on 20 July 2012 it purchased 290,000 of its ordinary shares at a price per share of USD0.885. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 10,700,636 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 222,130,830 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). The above figure of 222,130,830 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
