Update on exposure to investments in companies listed on the United Arab Emirates stock exchanges.  

Epicure Qatar Equity Opportunities plc (the "Company")

The Board of the Company wishes to provide an update to investors on the Company's direct exposure to companies listed on the United Arab Emirates stock exchanges (comprising the Abu Dhabi Securities Market and Dubai Financial Market).

As set out in the report to investors for the quarter ended September 2009, 0.50% of the Company's overall investment portfolio by market value was held in companies listed on the United Arab Emirates stock exchanges at that time. As at 26 November 2009, this percentage was 0.47%. 

The Board continues to monitor the situation in Dubai.
