Posting of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that its Annual Report and Consolidated Financial Statements (the "Annual Report") for the year ended 30 June 2012 has been posted to shareholders today.

The Annual Report also contains a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at Galileo Fund Services Limited, Millennium House, 46 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1JB on Wednesday 14 November 2012 at 10.00 a.m.

A copy of the Annual Report will shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and be available for inspection at: www.hemscott.com/nsm.do and is available for download from the Company's website www.qatarinvestmentfund.com/publications together with the Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy.
