In accordance with the AIM Note for Investing Companies and the relevant transitional provisions issued by AIM Regulation, the Company wishes to advise that in accordance with paragraph 4.2 of the AIM Note for Investing Companies, the Company's investment adviser, Qatar Insurance Company S.A.Q., is a licensed insurance entity in the state of Qatar and is regulated by the state of Qatar's Ministry of Economy and Commerce.

There are no other disclosures that are required to be made in accordance with the transitional provisions under paragraph 3.3 or 4.2 of the AIM Note for Investing Companies.
