Epicure Qatar Equity Opportunities plc (the "Company") announces that on 5 May 2010 it purchased 40,000 of its ordinary shares at a price per share of $US0.75. Following the above purchase, the company holds 40,000 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 233,481,162 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).

The above figure of 233,481,162 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
