Share buy back

Epicure Qatar Equity Opportunities plc (the "Company") announces that on 16 August 2010 it purchased 8,500 of its ordinary shares at a price per share of $US0.69. Following the above purchase, the company holds 68,500 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 233,452,662 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).

The above figure of 233,452,662 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
