Epicure Qatar Equity Opportunities plc (the "Company") announces that on 09 September 2010 it purchased 10,973 of its ordinary shares at a price per share of $US0.75. Following the above purchase, the company holds 101,855 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 233,419,307 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).

The above figure of 233,419,307 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
