Share buy back(s)

Qatar Investment Fund Plc (the "Company") announces that on 14 January 2013 it purchased 35,000 of its ordinary shares at a price per share of USD0.92 and 4,000 of its ordinary shares at a price per share of USD0.915. Following the above purchases, the Company holds 10,295,301 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 179,864,154 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).

The above figure of 179,864,154 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
