Share buy back

Qatar Investment Fund Plc (the "Company") announces that on 25 June 2012 it purchased 400,000 of its ordinary shares at a price per share of USD0.8675. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 6,407,833 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 226,678,633 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).

The above figure of 226,678,633 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
