Share buy back(s)

Qatar Investment Fund plc (the "Company") announces that on 29 April 2014 it purchased 25,000 of its ordinary shares at a price per share of USD 1.2950 and it purchased 10,000 of its ordinary shares at a price per share of USD 1.2900.

Following the above purchases, the Company holds 4,515,007 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 155,200,350 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).

The above figure of 155,200,350 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
