Share buy back(s)

Qatar Investment Fund plc (the "Company") announces that on 8 August 2014 it purchased 6,143 of its ordinary shares at a price per share of USD 1.3150.

Following the above purchases, the Company holds 2,985,088 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 154,896,378 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).

The above figure of 154,896,378 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
