Share buy back(s)

Qatar Investment Fund plc (the "Company") announces that on 4 March 2015 it purchased 23,352 of its ordinary shares at a price per share of USD 1.305 and it purchased 10,000 of its ordinary shares at a price per share of USD 1.310.

Following the above purchase, the Company holds 1,027,672 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 139,182,560 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).

The above figure of 139,182,560 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
