Share buy-back(s)

Qatar Investment Fund plc (the "Company") announces that on 9 June 2016 it purchased 4,900 of its ordinary shares at a price per share of USD 1.0525.  

Following the above purchase, the Company holds 2,123,573 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 117,277,502 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).

The above figure of 117,277,502 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
