TREASURY SHARES - CANCELLATION

Qatar Investment Fund plc (the "Company") announces that the 10,000 shares purchased on 04 March 2014, the 10,000 shares purchased on 06 March 2014, the 10,000 shares purchased on 07 March 2014, the 10,000 shares purchased on 10 March 2014, the 10,000 shares purchased on 11 March 2014, the 35,000 shares purchased on 12 March 2014, the 10,000 shares purchased on 13 March 2014, the 10,000 shares purchased on 14 March 2014, the 10,000 shares purchased on 10 March 2014, the 10,000 shares purchased on 18 March 2014, the 10,000 shares purchased on 19 March 2014, the 20,000 share purchased on 20 March 2014, the 10,000 shares purchased on 21 March 2014, the 10,000 shares purchased on 24 March 2014, the 10,000 shares purchased on 25 March 2014, the 10,000 shares purchased on 26 March 2014, the 10,000 shares purchased on 27 March 2014, the 10,000 shares purchased on 28 March 2014 and the 10,000 shares purchased on 31 March 2014, have been cancelled in accordance with the Company's treasury share policy published on 15 August 2010. Following the cancellation, the Company now holds 1,000,992 shares in treasury.

The Company's issued share capital comprises 138,984,240 ordinary shares with voting rights with a further 1,000,992 shares held in treasury.

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company's total number of shares with voting rights therefore remains unchanged at 138,984,240.
