QATAR INVESTMENT FUND PLC

TREASURY SHARES - CANCELLATION

Qatar Investment Fund plc (the "Company") announces that the 15,000 shares purchased on 02 July 2015, the 11,198 shares purchased on the 08 July 2015, the 14,000 shares purchased on the 09 July 2015, the 10,000 shares purchased on the 15 July 2015, the 20,000 shares purchased on the 24 July 2015, the 10,000 shares purchased on the 28 July 2015, the 10,000 shares purchased on the 30 July 2015,  and the 10,000 shares purchased on 31 July 2015 have been cancelled in accordance with the Company's treasury share policy published on 15 August 2010. Following the cancellation, the Company now holds 2,006,175 shares in treasury.

The Company's issued share capital comprises 117,269,702 ordinary shares with voting rights with a further 2,006,175 shares held in treasury.

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company's total number of shares with voting rights therefore remains unchanged at 117,269,702
