TREASURY SHARES - CANCELLATION

Qatar Investment Fund plc (the "Company") announces that the 25,000 shares purchased on 01 February 2016, the 12,444 shares purchased on 02 February 2016, the 15,000 shares purchased on 03 February 2016, the 15,000 shares purchased on 04 February 2016, the 15,000 shares purchased on 05 February 2016, the 8,089 shares purchased on 10 February 2016, the 17,384 shares purchased on 11 February 2016, the 12,000 shares purchased on 12 February 2016, the 9,000 shares purchased on 16 February 2016, the 20,000 shares purchased on 18 February 2016, the 15,000 shares purchased on 19 February 2016, the 10,000 shares purchased on 23 February 201, the 15,000 shares purchased on 24 February 2016, the 12,000 shares purchased on 25 February 2016 and the 10,000 shares purchased on 26 February 2016 have been cancelled in accordance with the Company's treasury share policy published on 15 August 2010. Following the cancellation, the Company now holds 1,212,586 shares in treasury.

The Company's issued share capital comprises 102,765,830 ordinary shares with voting rights with a further 1,212,586 shares held in treasury.

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company's total number of shares with voting rights therefore remains unchanged at 102,765,830.
