Director Sale of Shares
Gulf Keystone Petroleum Limited (AIM: GKP) announces it received notification on 9th February 2011 that on 9th February 2011:
Mr Ewen Ainsworth, an executive director of the Company, and his wife Mrs Angela Ainsworth sold 240,000 common shares of USD 0.01 at an average price of £1.8487 per share.
Mr John Gerstenlauer, an executive director of the Company, sold 300,000 common shares of USD 0.01 at an average price of £1.8494 per share.
Following the sale of the common shares the interests of the two directors in the share capital of the Company are as follows:
