                              DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING


The Company informed on 15 July 2005 by Caroline Brown, a director of the
Company, that she has today purchased 10,000 common shares of US$0.01 each
("Common Shares") at a price of 67p. Following this purchase, Caroline Brown is
interested in 10,000 Common Shares, representing 0.004 per cent. of the current
issued share capital of the Company.
