Gulf Keystone was notified on 15 September 2009 of a disposal of 20,000,000 shares by GIBCA Limited  representing 4.18% of the Company's issued share capital.

GIBCA Limited continues to hold shares in Gulf Keystone Petroleum Company LLC. Gulf Keystone Petroleum Company LLC holds 40,000,000 shares in Gulf Keystone.
