The Company was notified on 16 March 2006 by Fidelity International Limited
("Fidelity") that FMR Corp. and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, Fidelity
and its direct and indirect subsidiaries and Mr. Edward C. Johnson 3rd (as a
principal share holder of FMR Corp. and Fidelity) are interested in 8,456,100
common shares of US$0.01 each ("Common Shares"), representing 3.33 per cent. of
the Company's issued Common Share capital.
