Total voting rights
As at 30 November 2011 Gulf Keystone confirms that it had 854,118,448 common shares of US$0.01 each ("Common Shares") in issue with each Common Share carrying the right to one vote.
Therefore the above figure of 854,118,448 Common Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Gulf Keystone under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
