Gulf Marine Services PLC (GMS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Barclays Bank PLC as joint corporate brokers with immediate effect.

Separately, GMS intends to announce its Interim Management Statement on 8 May 2014.
