Monthly Dividend

The Directors have today declared a second monthly dividend of l.0p per Ordinary
share in respect of the year ending 30th April 2002, payable on 8th August 2001
to shareholders on the register on 27th July 2001. The shares will be marked
ex-dividend on 25th July 2001.
