STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT
GARTMORE MONTHLY INCOME TRUST PLC
Monthly Dividend
The Directors have today declared a fifth monthly dividend of 1.0p per
Ordinary share in respect of the year ending 30th April 2002, payable on 14th
November 2001 to Shareholders on the Register on 2nd November 2001. The
shares will be marked ex-dividend on 31st October 2001.
