Monthly Dividend


The Directors have declared a seventh monthly dividend of 1.0p per Ordinary
share in respect of the year ending 30th April 2002, payable on 12th January
2002 to Shareholders on the Register on 31st December 2001.  The shares will
be marked ex-dividend on 27th December 2001.
