Monthly Dividend


The Directors have declared the eighth monthly dividend of 1.1p per Ordinary
share in respect of the year ending 30th April 2002, payable on 15th February
2002 to Shareholders on the Register on 1st February 2002.  The shares will be
marked ex-dividend on 30th January 2002.
