The Company announces that it was notified today that Charles Stonehill, a
non-Executive Director, bought 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') today at a price of 114p per share. Following this purchase Mr
Stonehill is interested in 100,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.1 per cent. of
the issued share capital of the Company.
