Director/PDMR Shareholding

Gulfsands Petroleum, the AIM listed independent oil & gas exploration and production company (AIM: GPX) with activities in Syria, Morocco, Tunisia and Colombia, was informed on 22 September 2015 that Mrs Morris, wife of Andrew Morris, Non-Executive Director of Gulfsands Petroleum, acquired 80,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on 22 September 2015. The shares were acquired at a price of 4.98p per share.

The aggregate holding of Mr Morris and his wife is now 80,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.0007 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
