The Company was advised on 20 June 2008 that Andrew Rose had
purchased, on 20 June 2008, 50,000 shares In Gulfsands at 224.7 pence
per share. Mr Rose is now beneficially interested in 100,000 shares
representing 0.08% of the Company's issued share capital.
