production, exploration and development company with activities in the U.S.A.,
Syria and Iraq announces that the Company's 2006 Annual Report & Accounts have
been posted to shareholders, along with a notice of meeting convening an Annual
General Meeting ('AGM') to be held at 11:00 am on 28 June 2007 at the offices of
