Board Changes

Evocutis Plc announces that Hamish Harris has been appointed to the board with immediate effect as a non-executive director. 

Hamish holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and worked in the investment banking industry for over 16 years in Singapore, Hong Kong and London.  He has also run a private equity vehicle targeting acquisitions in agriculture in South America in the last few years and is currently a director of a number of AIM quoted companies included AfriAg plc, Polemos plc and Octagonal plc.

In addition, Tom Bannatyne steps down from the board of the Company with immediate effect.  The board thanks Mr Bannatyne for his contribution since he has been with the Company.

The following information is disclosed pursuant to Rule 17 and schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:

Hamish Hamlyn Harris (Non-Executive Director), aged 44

Mr. Harris has an interest in 1,666,667 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.48% of the issued share capital.
