Gunsynd announces that it has disposed of 890,909 shares in Zenith Energy Limited ("Zenith") at an average of 13.02p for a consideration of £116,000. Gunsynd now holds 5,527,234 shares in Zenith representing a total of 4.95% of Zenith's total issued ordinary share capital.
