Exercise of Warrants in Oyster Oil and Gas

Further to the announcement of 13 January 2017 regarding Gunsynd's investment of £125,000 in Oyster Oil and Gas ("Oyster") and the grant to Gunsynd of a warrant to subscribe for 1 million shares in Oyster at a price of CAD 0.27, Gunsynd announces that it has exercised the warrant in full at a cost of CAD 270,000 (approximately £165,000). 

The share price of Oyster was CAD 0.48 as at the close of trading on 2 March 2017.
