Retirement of Director
GUS plc announces that Lord Harris, a non-executive director of the company
since 1986, will be retiring from the Board at this year's Annual General
Meeting.
Sir Victor Blank, Chairman of GUS, said:
'During his time, he has been a tremendously wise counsellor on a range of
business issues, particularly the management of change over the ten years since
the enfranchisement of the company's non-voting shares. We owe him an immense
debt of gratitude and wish him well for the future.'
