H&T Group plc, the UK's largest pawnbroker and a leading retailer of new and pre-owned jewellery and watches, announces that Duncan Vance, spouse of Toni Wood, Non Executive Director, today purchased 2,503 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 399p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction Toni Wood is deemed to be beneficially interested in 2,503 shares representing 0.01% of the total issued share capital and voting rights in the Company.
