Halfords Group plc ('the Company') received a notification today that Jupiter
Asset Management Limited, through the chain of controlled undertakings shown in
the schedule below, had a notifiable interest on 9 March 2007 in 11,039,040
ordinary shares of the Company, representing 5.004% of the Company's current
issued share capital.
This is an initial notification due to a change of threshold.
