ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS 2011 AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING Halma announces that copies of the Annual Report and Accounts 2011 and the Notice of Meeting are being posted to shareholders today (where applicable) and, in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.3.5(3)R, are available to view on the Company's website at www.halma.com.  A copy of these documents, together with the Form of Proxy, are being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.hemscott.com/nsm.do The preliminary results statement, containing information required under rule 6.3.5 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules was released on 21 June 2011 and is also available on the Company's website.
