DIRECTOR'S INTEREST IN SHARES
Halma p.l.c. has received notification that Mr A J Walker, a non-executive
Director of the Company, acquired a beneficial interest in 817 ordinary shares
in the Company at 231.25p per share on 16 February 2007. The shares will be
registered in Mr Walker's name as a trustee of the McKechnie FURBS for A.J.
Walker, a Funded Unapproved Retirement Benefit Scheme of which Mr Walker is a
beneficiary.
After the above transaction, the beneficial holding of Mr Walker, including
family interests, in the ordinary shares of Halma p.l.c. amounts to 73,741
shares (0.0198% of the issued ordinary share capital).
