PDMR'S SHARE TRANSACTIONS
At a Meeting of the Share Plans Committee of the Board of Halma p.l.c. held on
12 December 2006, 215,051 additional ordinary shares in the Company were
allotted under the provisions of the Company's Share Option Plans to Mr N J
Young, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, following his exercise
of share options. The exercise prices were as follows:
82,000 shares at 111.00 pence per share
49,469 shares at 144.33 pence per share
83,582 shares at 134.00 pence per share
Following the share option exercise Mr Young sold 215,051 shares on 12 December
2006 at 221 pence per share.
After the above transactions, the beneficial holding of Mr Young, including
family interests, in the ordinary shares of Halma p.l.c. is unchanged at 34,932
shares (0.009% of the issued ordinary share capital).
